The private company has been in business for over 40 years, serving the plastic bag industry for decades. The Montreal-based company has a large footprint, well-located to serve the entire North American market. They offer bags, can liners and film made from 100% recycled materials.

The acquisition of ProAmpac Corporation includes a number of different brands, including Hymopack, Dyne-A-Pak and Rosenbloom Group.
